About me
I started out in the field of health and wellness coaching, earning my board-certification by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches in 2022.
I’m deeply familiar with the process of behavior change and healing, and I believe in taking a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. My approach is tailored to each client, and can include physical wellness and mindfulness techniques in addition to humanistic psychotherapy. I know how much courage it takes to reach out for help, so it’s an honor to be able to walk with you as you move towards your goals, whatever they may be.
No matter what you’re struggling with, therapy can help. Whether you’re experiencing depression and anxiety, substance use disorder, difficult life transitions, gender identity transitions, sexual identity development, or improving your functioning through your unique neurodivergence struggles, I’m here to help. This is a safe, LGBT+ friendly, confidential space for you to heal.
I am pursuing a Master in Education in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College at Columbia University. My BA is in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies from the College of Charleston. I have experience in coaching clients for serious mental illness, chronic pain, case management, and substance use recovery. I provide therapy that is informed by CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic therapies, all through a holistic, client-centered lens.
Currently, you can book with me for therapy through The Soho Center in New York, or coaching directly with me.

Coaching Certification
The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) is a leading organization dedicated to advancing the practice of health and wellness coaching. They set rigorous standards and offer certification for health and wellness coaches, ensuring they are highly qualified to support and guide individuals in making positive, lasting changes to their health and well-being.
You deserve to live a vibrant, peaceful life.
Therapy and coaching can both help improve lifestyle habits, unhealthy thinking patterns, and the way you relate to others and yourself.
Coaching uses Motivational Interviewing to focus on lifestyle habits and behavior change. This can be related to any goal you have: sleep, weight loss, mindfulness, lowering blood pressure, or managing chronic conditions.
Therapy uses a variety of tools and modalities to address deeper emotional and cognitive problems, heal trauma, and improve functioning. Therapy may be more helpful if you want to get to the root of your anxiety or depression, or if you’re struggling with something you feel you need more support with.
